On 10 June 2013, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) and Korea Creative Contents Agency (KOCCA) jointly published “Cartoon Industry White Paper 2012”, to which Mr. Young Wook Lee contributed as one of co-authors.

The portion of the White Paper that Mr. Lee provided his professional expertise relates to the “Understanding of rights and obligations regarding copyright of cartoon and comics, and recent copyright-related legal issues”.
