[Case] Dr. J. W. Cho, successfully advised the SHEEN SANG OK Memorial Foundation and actress Choi Eun-hee on overseas documentary production

“The Lovers and the Despot”, a documentary film about the dramatic story of director Shin Sang-ok and actress Choi Eun-hee who escaped after eight years of being kidnapped by North Korea, was first unveiled at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah in the U.S. around the end of January 2016.

The documentary film was directed by Robert Canaan and Ross Adam from England. Dr. Jung Wook Cho, a managing partner of KANGHO Attorneys at Law, advised SHEEN SANG OK Memorial Foundation and Choi Eun-hee on negotiation and contract with the foreign production company.
