On 17 June 2013, Ms. Sonnie So-Young Chung (Attorney at Law in the State of Tennessee, U.S.) delivered a lecture in English on “international arbitration”, a part of the international negotiation course provided annually at the Central Officials Training Institute.

1.      Ms. Chung (U.S. lawyer) invited as external judge in WIPO’s Summer Program

Ms. Soonie So-Young Chung, a U.S.-licensed lawyer, Korea Invention Promotion Association (KIPA) has been appointed as an external judge to select students who would participate World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)’s Summer School on Intellectual Property. The chosen students would enjoy the privilege of attending respective two-week programs on intellectual property in: Geneva, Switzerland; Washington D.C., U.S.; and Korea Intellectual Property Office in Daejeon, Republic of Korea.
